Palvelukoti s a 46 unit apartment building for seniors that require support services to maintain their independence. Funding is provided by the North East Local Health Integration Network (NE LHIN) to provide 24/7 on site Personal Support (PSW) with bathing, medication reminders, reassurance checks, transportation program, and housekeeping.

A care plan is offered to residents which includes Meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and social activities.
